By accessing or using Konin Store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Introduction

Konin Store provides an advanced, cloud-based platform that enables sellers to create, manage, and grow their online store effortlessly. Our services include store creation, product management, payment processing, shipping solutions, and marketing tools. By registering an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Konin Store offers a comprehensive suite of e-commerce tools, including but not limited to:



  • Store Creation & Customization: Build and personalize your online store.

  • Product & Inventory Management: Easily manage products, stock, and categories.

  • Payment Processing: Seamless transactions via Konin Pay and other payment methods.

  • Fulfillment & Shipping: Integrated tools for order fulfillment and shipping management.

3. Account Terms

3.1 Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Konin Store reserves the right to reject or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Store Ownership & Responsibilities

4.1 Store Owner

  • The person registering the account is the Store Owner and is fully responsible for the account and its compliance with these Terms.

4.2 Staff Accounts

  • Additional staff accounts can be created based on your subscription plan. The Store Owner is responsible for ensuring staff compliance with these Terms.

4.3 Konin Pay Integration

  • A Konin Pay account will be created upon store activation. The Store Owner must activate and maintain this account.

  • By using Konin Pay, you agree to its terms and privacy policy, available on the Konin Pay website.

4.4 Domain Names

  • You may link an external domain to your store. Do not share DNS credentials provided by Konin Store.


5. Fees & Payments

5.1 Subscription Fees

  • Fees are charged based on your selected subscription plan and are billed periodically (monthly/annually).

5.2 Payment Method

  • All payments are processed exclusively through Konin Pay.

5.3 Taxes

  • Subscription fees are exclusive of taxes. You may add taxes to customer invoices if approved by Konin Store and supported by legal documentation.

5.4 Refunds

  • No refunds are provided for subscription fees. A free trial is available for new users.

5.5 Non-Payment

  • Failure to pay fees may result in account suspension or termination.


6. Customer Protection & Dispute Resolution

6.1 Customer Protection

  • Konin Store and Konin Pay are committed to ensuring secure transactions. Customer payments are held securely until orders are fulfilled or disputes are resolved.

6.2 Filing a Complaint

  • Customers may file complaints within X days of purchase if:

    • The order is not delivered.

    • The product or service does not match the description.

    • There is evidence of fraud or misconduct.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

  • Konin Store will verify complaints and mediate between customers and merchants.

  • Valid complaints may result in refunds to the customer.

  • Repeated violations by merchants may lead to account suspension or termination.

6.4 Merchant Responsibilities

  • Merchants must fulfill orders accurately and respond to complaints promptly. Failure to do so may result in penalties.


7. Prohibited Activities & Content

7.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use Konin Store for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of our platform.

7.2 Prohibited Content

  • You are strictly prohibited from publishing, selling, or promoting any illegal materials, products, or content that violate the laws of the country in which your store operates. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Counterfeit or pirated goods.

    • Illegal drugs or substances.

    • Weapons, ammunition, or hazardous materials.

    • Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.

    • Sexually explicit or adult content.

7.3 Merchant Responsibility

  • You, as the merchant, bear full responsibility for all content (textual, visual, video, or other) uploaded to your store.

  • Konin Store does not monitor or endorse the content of individual store and is not responsible for any violations of law or third-party rights.

7.4 Suspension & Termination

  • If Konin Store discovers any content that violates applicable laws or these Terms, we reserve the right to:

    • Immediately suspend or terminate your store.

    • Remove the offending content without prior notice.

    • Report the violation to relevant authorities, if necessary.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Konin Store are the property of Konin Cloud or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • Konin Store is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.


10. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through our platform.
